• With other users: Your display name, store name, and rating are visible to other platform users. Buyers can see seller profiles; sellers can see buyer names on winning bids.
• With payment processors: When you top up your wallet, your payment information is shared with our payment partners (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) under their own privacy policies.
• With logistics providers: Order and shipping details are shared with delivery services when a seller ships an item.
• With authorities: We may disclose information when required by Pakistani law or to investigate fraud, illegal activity, or violations of our Terms of Service.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we retain data for up to 5 years as required for tax, legal, and fraud-prevention purposes. Transaction records are retained for 7 years in compliance with Pakistani financial regulations.

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and functional cookies to remember your preferences. We use analytics tools to understand how users interact with the platform. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect functionality.

We protect your data using industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure. You should use a strong, unique password and report any suspicious activity to us immediately.
